Returns or exchanges

To ensure that all Andromeda Skincare products arrive completely new and have not been touched or used by anyone before. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Returns or Exchanges.

If your product has any issues upon delivery, please send an email to hello@andromedaskincare.com with your order number, order date, and photos of the product and the condition in which the package (bag or box) arrived. The support team will open a case and contact you via email. If there is insufficient evidence or if there are suspicions of attempted fraud, Andromeda Skincare reserves the right to close the case.

Andromeda Skincare reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
