How can I track my order?
Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with the details. This may take up to 7 days. We have a TRACKING tab.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 10 business days due to high season.
If your order has not arrived, send us an email at hello@andromedaskincare.com with your order number and the issue.
How much does shipping cost within Mexico?
The cost starts from $99 pesos and up, depending on your area.
What if my order has not arrived in 10 business days?
Once we hand over the order to the courier, a reference number is generated and sent to you by email, which you can use to check the route of your order.
In case of any problem, please write to hello@andromedaskincare.com with your order number.

To ensure that all Andromeda Skincare products arrive completely new and untouched or unused by anyone. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no Returns or Exchanges.
